What We Need to Price a Job
Three things get you a real number. The width and drop of each window. What the room is. Roughly what you are after.
A photo of the window helps more than any description, because it shows us the reveal, the handles, the rad under it and whatever else is in the way. Send all three and we can usually come back without anybody calling out.

What the Quote Includes
One figure covering the lot: the fabric, the making, the track or pole, and the fitting.
We do it that way because the alternative is a low headline number and a list of extras at the end, and nobody enjoys that conversation. If something is not included, it will say so on the quote.
Self-measure
How to Rough-Measure a Window
For a rough price, you do not need to be exact. Measure the width of the window opening, then the drop from where the pole would go to where you want the curtain to finish.
Write both in centimetres and note which window is which. We will take proper measurements before anything is cut, so a rough number here costs you nothing.
Timing
How Long a Quote Takes
Usually a day or two, sometimes the same day if it is straightforward and the shop is quiet.
If your fabric has to be checked with the mill for stock it can take a little longer, and we will tell you that rather than leave you waiting. If you have a deadline, say it in the first message.
