Privacy Policy

Only what you send us. There is no form on this site, so if you email or ring, it is your name, your phone number, your email address and whatever you tell us about the job.

We keep what you tell us about the windows: the address, the sizes, the photos. We do not ask for payment details through this site.

To answer you and to do the work. That is the whole of it.

We use your details to send a quote, to arrange a measure or a fitting, and to contact you about your own job. We do not sell your details to anybody, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked for a price.

Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept for a reasonable period and then deleted.

Records of actual jobs are kept longer, because a customer coming back in five years for a matching pair is normal in this trade, and because we have to keep proper business records.

Our own staff and fitters, so they can do the job.

Where a job needs it, the maker or supplier producing your item may get the measurements. Our website host and email provider hold data on our behalf. Nobody else gets your details unless the law requires it.

Under GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

You can also object to how we use it or ask for a copy. We will deal with any of those requests within one month. There is no charge for asking.

Write to O'Mahony Interiors, 11 Bridge Street, Enniskeane, Co. Cork, P47 EV24, or email info@omahonyinteriors.ie, or ring 023 884 7123.

If you are not happy with how we have dealt with it, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland.
